With the booking confirmation, guests accept all the rules and conditions of the structure which can be viewed in the appropriate section even before making a booking. Therefore the guest is aware of the cancellation conditions applied to the chosen rate and accepts them.

When checking in online, guests must insert a valid photo document, a credit card and a copy of the reservation (NOT the green pass), the copy of the reservation can be inserted into the green pass slot.

- Arrival/Check-in
From 2:00pm to 9:00pm

It is possible to store luggage from 12.30pm with 24 hours' notice. Our check-ins are automated, for security reasons you will receive an access code on the day of check-in starting from 1:00pm.

- Departure/Check-out
Until 10:00 am (after 10:00 am the cost of the room for the following day may be charged)

- The credit/debit card used for the booking will be retained and used as a guarantee in case of damage to the structure. If it is not possible to use the same card, the customer can use a different card.

- Smoke
Smoking is not allowed. The ban is valid for the entire structure, including inside the rooms and windows.

- Parties
It is not permitted to organize parties/events.
The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar.

- Animals
Animals are not allowed.

- Air conditioning
The service is active from 01/06 to 30/09

- Heating service
The heating of the structure is regulated by the regulations of the Tuscany region (Period 1/11/ - 15/04)
Centralized system switch-on time in time slots.

- Facility access
Access to the structure is via stairs only

- Garage:
We remind you that, if you arrive in the city by car, the entire historic center is subject to ZTL. In the center there are several garages that offer parking services. We recommend the Garage Bargello. You can easily get to the garage by car even if it is in full restricted traffic zone, because the garage has authorizations for customer transit. The garage is about 300m away.

The garage CANNOT be booked by the property.
If you arrive by plane, you can reach us by bus, tram or taxi. On foot from the Santa Maria Novella (S.M.N.) central station you can reach us in just 10/15 minutes.

- The property is located in a residential area, so please be careful not to overindulge in noise.

Standard Rate:
- Meals: The rate for this room does not include any meals.
- Standard Rate Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival you will be charged the total amount of the reservation. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
- Prepayment: You will be charged the total amount of the reservation 7 days before arrival.
